What you will  be responsible for :

  • full ownership over learning & development projects, driving new initiatives and redesigning existing ones
  • audit, adjustmentand kickstarting of a Cyclic Performance Review Project to ensure it is team-friendly, beneficial for all and easy to use
  • design and implementation of role induction plans for newbies’ (new comers joining Spartez Team and Spartans growing inside with  internal mobility programme) onboarding plans to ensure long term success and satisfaction
  • creating solid succession plans and building firm internal career development projects
  • running probation period performance reviews to facilitate a great role match, empower team's skills and feedback flow
  • evaluating L&D efforts: monitoring and analyzing metrics, driving improvements and implementing changes across the company
  • acting as an individual contributor and liaison with internal talent trainer to provide smooth information flow and effective collaboration within People and Culture Team
  • providing advisory and support for the leaders and managers in L&D field

Expectations:

We are looking for a very focused individual with systematic approach, you do not need to be a soft trainer, but rather an internal L&D processes enthusiast. You will be a perfect fit for this role if you:

  • are already pretty experienced in this field (4+ yrs in relevant role) and like working autonomously
  • have a solid and proven proficiency in implementing and using L&D programs and initiatives preferably in IT companies
  • know the L&D tools inside-out and can use them effectively 
  • are results-driven, with a sound methodological background
  • are experienced in crafting and adjusting performance review check-ins and action plans
  • are experienced with professional competencies analysis and development of succession plans 
  • feel in your element when asked to coordinate multiple stakeholders, collaborate with them and run your projects end-to-end, in other words, are organized, focused and a great project coordinator at heart
  • are an autonomous and dynamic individual - it is not an easy pie, but it is worth the effort!
  • use English everyday and are well versed in written business language

Nice to have skills:

You will be our top candidate if you have:

  • experience  in designing onboarding plans and induction programs for tech companies teams
  • swift in talking and collaborating with tech geeks and immersed in the IT community
