Will you contact me regarding the status of my submission?
We receive a lot of résumés and reels, so - unfortunately - we aren't able to contact everyone individually and give them appropriate feedback. All the same, we will send you an email to let you know that we got your submission. When your application is promoted to the next steps, you will receive information about your status changes.
What format should I submit my résumé in?

Please upload your résumé in PDF format - this way you can be sure it looks precisely the way you want us to see it.

How do I submit my portfolio via the system?

If we require a portfolio, you will see a special field after clicking "Apply Now" button. Almost always we need to put there a link to the place where we can see your portfolio.

How often can I reapply if I didn't get in?

As clichéd as it sounds, timing is everything. Some of Spartez employees applied a few times before being hired, so please don't be discouraged. Generally, we recommend reapplying every 6 months, but you are more than welcome to contact us earlier when you feel your qualifications have improved or you're interested in applying for a different position.

Can I edit my application once I have submitted it?

You can't update or delete your application once you submit it. But don't panic - you can always reapply with an updated resume.

How can I know that my application went through?

You will receive an email confirming that we got your appliaction. If not, you may want to reapply.
