Team. Products. Culture. A new podcast by Spartez.

Tune in to the Spartez podcast on teams, products, culture and the IT universe. We'll be talking about software development, product design and management, but also dev life, collaboration, diversity and all IT culture related topics.

In the very first episode of our series "Let's talk about learning. It's hard!" Bartosz Cytrowski and Michał Michalczuk focus on learning and why it is so easy to fall into the trap of "hard learning", even if you yourself are... a trainer! We discuss learning patterns and share our experience-based tips on how to deal with an overflow of information. How much learning does a software engineer need to do as part of his daily routine? How to process this flow of know-how and how to maintain it to always be able to recall everything you need to know? Is it even possible?

Bartosz Cytrowski is a former programming bootcamp trainer with over 3k hours spent teaching how to code, React expert and advanced fussball player. Builds web since 2006. Knows the difference between simple and easy. Believes that problems well-defined are solved already. Loves giving talks.

Michał Michalczuk is a Full-Stack Software Developer, IT trainer, sometimes speaker. TypeScript fan and promoter. Used to work with C# and ASP.NET stack, WPF, Silverlight, VisualBasic, Python and a lot of strange things. Now mostly focused on front-end development - previously Angular, now React and Node.js. Loves to talk and share knowledge.

Both Bartosz Cytrowski and Michał Michalczuk currently cultivate their passion for great software as Senior Software Engineers on the Spartez team.

Stay tuned for more as we feature new topics and new members of our team and publish our upcoming content on Spotify, Google Podcasts and Apple Podcasts.
